1. Return Policy:

  •  Eligible Products: You can returned within 15 days of delivery. However, engraved and personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • What’s Considered Damage? only factory defects or damages are accepted for the return. This means any issues with the products that were present from the time it was manufactured. Wear, tear, accidental damage or improper use will not be eligible for return.
  • Return process:

            1.Log into your account, navigate to “My Orders”, and click “return” for specific order.

            2.Schedule Pickup: we’ll arrange for a pickup at your doorstep.

            3. Pack the item: Securely package it in its original packaging with any original paperwork.

           4. Await Confirmation: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiated your refund.

  • Return Conditions: the items must be in its original conditions (undamaged, unwashed, unworn, unaltered). All original packaging and tags must be included.. You must provide a valid proof of purchase(order confirmation email).

1.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If You receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing or contact us in business days. with a video of recording of the unboxing process as evidence. We’ll arrange for a return, replace the item or issue a full refund of  your choice!

1.3 Refunds

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. we’ll issue a refund via original payment method used within 7-10 business days. We don’t cover  return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

1.4 Important  Notes:

  • we cannot process returns for items received more than 15 days after delivery or reported damaged after 24 hours.
  • we reserve the right to reject returns that don’t comply with our policy.
  • For lost-in-transit packages, we’ll initiate a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving confirmation from the delivery provider.

1.5 Exchanges 

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired products.

Product Price are clearly displayed on website and include applicable taxes.

3.2 Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees vary depends on the chosen shipping option and your location. The cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

A 2% fee applies to orders paid by credit card. This fee will be reflected in the total cost during checkout
